Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers with a positive attitude
• Take café orders and handle billing operations
• Prepare and serve beverages and snacks efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café counter area
• Support daily café operations and customer service
• Manage inventory and stock updates when required
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams
• Promote café specials, merchandise, and memberships
• Ensure a premium customer experience at all times

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of café or hospitality operations
• Friendly personality with customer-focused attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic billing/POS system knowledge is an advantage
• Passion for cars and automotive culture is a plus

Preferred Skills

• Experience in cafés, restaurants, or hospitality industry
• Barista experience is an added advantage
• Teamwork and multitasking abilities
